1.  Canada - Waterloo University

The program is jointly established by the Global Institute of Future Technology and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo, marking the first talent cultivation between the University of Waterloo and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Participating students will have the opportunity to study at the University of Waterloo during their undergraduate years. Upon obtaining a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, they can proceed directly to a master's degree at the University of Waterloo. During the program, students will also have the chance to complete a one-semester internship at a leading Canadian technology company.

Program Mode:  3+1+1 Integrated Bachelor's-Master's Pathway

2.  Hong Kong – The University of Hong Kong

The program is jointly established by the Global Institute of Future Technology and the Faculty of Engineering at The University of Hong Kong, and represents the first integrated undergraduate-doctoral cultivation program launched by Shanghai Jiao Tong University in collaboration with an overseas institution. After completing their undergraduate studies, students have the opportunity to directly enter the Faculty of Engineering at The University of Hong Kong to pursue a doctoral degree. Students enrolled in this program will receive full scholarship support provided by the University of Hong Kong, in accordance with relevant regulations.

Program Mode:  Direct-Entry PhD, Undergraduate to Doctoral Pathway
