Center for Future Zero-Carbon Systems and Technologies

Center Overview

The Center is dedicated to serving the national "Dual Carbon" strategy, pioneering the exploration of cutting-edge technologies for future carbon-negative energy systems through innovations in green energy equipment and enhancement in efficient matching of energy supply and demand. Leveraging advanced thermal management, energy dispatch, and carbon reduction technologies, we continuously improve energy efficiency and emission reduction capabilities in critical fields such as large-scale energy storage, modern agriculture, and smart micro-grids. Our efforts aim to address key challenges in zero-carbon energy systems, including low efficiency, high cost, poor matching, and weak reliability issues. Through synergistic breakthroughs at both the equipment and system levels, we promote the large-scale application of zero-carbon technologies, achieve deep integration and healthy development of industry-academia-research-application, and contribute to building a low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system.
