Centre for Future Health and Intelligent Exercise (FITX) is dedicated to promoting future-oriented healthy lifestyles, with the vision of advancing scientific approaches to exercise and intelligent solutions for health. By integrating cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, wearable devices, and big data, with exercise science, the center enables real-time monitoring, personalized assessment, and intelligent intervention in physical activity. This approach supports exercise practices, disease prevention, and improved quality of life.
