GIFT is located in the Grand Neobay Area of Minhang District. The new building of the school is currently under design and construction. Situated at the Minhang North Campus, the building covers a usable area of 60,000 square meters and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Together with the adjacent CATL Future Energy Research Institute Building, it will form a "Twin Towers" complex, becoming a landmark in Shanghai and leading the development of the future energy and health technology industries.

Donation naming rights are an important part of the school's development and its education and teaching endeavors. We welcome inquiries about naming opportunities from all sectors of society that care about the school's development and talent cultivation. GIFT accepts in-kind donations from enterprises and individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting the institute's development, which serve as supplementary resources for the school's talent training and scientific research. Donation items include but are not limited to: cutting-edge products representing future technologies provided by cooperative enterprises, scientific instruments and equipment, books, and works of art.
