1. Lead daily operations of the Research Management Office; develop annual research plans; coordinate full-cycle project management; liaise with the university's competent administrative departments.
2. Advance key tasks: major vertical & horizontal projects, university-enterprise cooperation, research platform development, and sci-tech achievement transformation.
3. Manage risks for research contracts, research funding and research integrity; lead formulation & revision of college research management rules; establish administration workflows; optimize procedures for application, completion & acceptance, achievement registration and award application.
4. Organize drafting of research reports and summaries; coordinate collation, statistics and reporting of all research data.
