刘洋现为上海交通大学溥渊未来技术学院副教授、博士生导师、北京市海外高层次人才。博士毕业于密歇根理工大学电气工程专业，后在卡内基梅隆大学与杜克大学完成博士后研究。曾以顶尖青年技术天才（TGT）身份加入京东集团并担任京东物流技术总监，负责人工智能技术在绿色物流与供应链中的研发与应用，推动仓储自动化、库存优化及能源管理等创新，创造显著经济价值。在新能源领域，致力于人工智能算法研发，通过大模型智能体与小样本电池寿命预测技术，加速电池研发及在交通、物流行业的应用。在Joule、KDD等顶级期刊与会议发表论文50余篇（第一/通讯39篇），获国家及国际专利授权超过35项，参与编写学术专著4部。研究成果在京东、富士康、宁德时代等企业实现应用。获邮政行业科学技术一等奖、中国物流与采购联合会科技进步一等及IEEE Systems Journal Best Paper Award。
