To enhance communication and cooperation among research group members and improve team cohesion, the Interface Science and Advanced Materials Laboratory organized its first team building activity on October 1, 2025. Coinciding with the National Day holiday, all members of the research group actively participated in this activity. Through dining and communication, they furthered mutual understanding and friendship.
1. The research group's supervisors conducted informal communications with students, discussing the way to balance scientific research and daily life.
2. Newly joined graduate students quickly integrated into the team through self-introductions and interactive games.
3. Members from different research directions conducted interdisciplinary communication, sparking multiple potential cooperation ideas.
4. In a relaxed atmosphere, everyone shared their respective scientific research insights and experiences, providing new ideas for subsequent work.
This team building activity achieved complete success. It not only allowed everyone to relax after intense scientific research work, but more importantly, promoted communication and understanding among team members, laying a solid interpersonal foundation for future scientific research cooperation. The research group decided to organize similar team building activities regularly to maintain the team's vitality and cohesion.
