Introduction 

China’s population has been aging rapidly and it is critically important to focus on aging related researches in molecular biology and personalized treatment in older adults. Our mission is to advance the understanding of aging associated diseases to accelerate the development of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survival based on person’s age.

Research Directions

•  Aging research:

 建立主动健康队列，通过“悟空系统”进行干预，建立主动健康监测平台，实现人群的主动健康管理；聚焦肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、泛血管疾病、黄斑变性、前列腺增生、代谢性疾病等拓展建立主动健康与疾病队列。

•  The Bidirectional Relationship Between Aging and Cancer

 在分子、细胞和个体水平上多层次开展长寿机制与衰老伴生疾病的病因探索, 聚焦生理衰老、衰老疾病及衰老流行病学和恶性肿瘤的精准防治开发干预衰老和肿瘤的新策略、新方法和新技术，加大临床和基础的交叉协同力度，推动在恶性肿瘤诊治不同阶段的创新药物研发。
